| Method of preparation:
 Wash the lemons.. Squeeze out the juice and add salt into  it Cut long strips of the lemon skin, soak  it in the lemon juice and put it in a jar. Keep the jar under the sun; let the  lemon skin go tender. Add sugar, red chilly powder, cardamom  and cloves to it. Mix it well. Again keep it under the sun, let the  sugar dissolve completely. You can serve it with rice, dosa or  fried snacks. This Chutney can be preserved for a year. |
