After 'vargam', Prithviraj once again plays the lead role in director Padma Kumar's new movie named 'Vasthavam'. In this movie he plays the role of an anti hero who is cruel at heart but he later tries to transform himself in to a good human being. After his noted performances in tamil movie Parijatham, Prithvi is more anxious about his new role.

The film is produced under the banner of Sreechakra Films Pvt Ltd. Kvya Madhavan is the herone. Samvritha Sunil also plays an important role in this movie.

The rest of the cast includes Jagathy Sreekumar, Murali, Jagdhish, Salim Kumar, T G Ravi, Sindhu Menon.The film is scripted by Babu Janardhanan. Shooting is progressing in Eranakulam.
