Pakku (Mutton Curry)

Ingredients :

 
Mutton
- 1 kg (for marinade)
Cumin
- 2 tsp
Dry coriander
- 2tsp
Ginger paste
- 1 tbsp
Cloves
- 6
Garlic
- 8 flakes
Onion
- 1 chopped
Cardamom powder
- 1 tsp
Cinnamon powder
- 1/2 tbsp
Asfoetida

Turmeric powder
- 1 tsp
Oil

Salt -

Method:

Marinate mutton pieces. Add salt and turmeric powder and keep aside for 20 minutes.

Fry and cook for an hour in low heat.

Serve hot with cooked rice.
