Cream butter and sugar together. Melt the chocolate chips
carefully in the microwave or over a double boiler.
Stir the melted chocolate into the sugar/butter mixture.
Mix well to incorporate. Using clean beaters and a clean bowl, whip the
egg white until nice peaks from, but not too dry.
Add all other ingredients except the milk, and stir well
to blend. If too thick, add the milk, and if too thin adjust with flour.
Using your favorite waffle iron, cook the waffles as
you normally would.
