Mutton Gosht

Ingredients:    
Mutton - 1/2 kg
Onions - 150 gms
Chilly powder - 10 gms
Coriander powder - 10 gms
Turmeric powder - 3 gms
Oil  - 150 gms
White Cumin - 5 gms
Garam Masala powder  - 10 gms
Ginger-garlic - 20 gms
Salt - to taste

Method :

Clean and cut the mutton into small pieces. Heat the oil, add cumin seeds and sauté the onions till brown. Add ginger-garlic, chilly powder, coriander powder and mutton. Stir till the masala is dry and coats the cooked mutton pieces.

Garnish with a pinch of garam masala. Remove from heat, and serve it hot.
