In a juicer, add sliced gooseberry , honey, ginger, sugar along with water and blend well.
Gooseberry juice is ready. Transfer it to a glass and serve chilled.
You can store pure juice of say, 10 gooseberries without water in the fridge and use it later by adding water. You could try variations - add a green chilly, use salt instead of sugar, add lemon juice or a pinch of cumin powder for taste.
