Cooking Method :
Add ghee to the ho pan when ghee melts completely add atta to it. Keep stirring until it is cooked well. When the flour is roasted well, take it off from the flame.
Allow it to cool slightly, add cardamom powder to this warm mixture and mix it well. Now add tagar & mix it really well. Finally add crushed cashews to it. Make round balls in any size and serve it.
