Cooking Method :
Heat 2-3 tbsp of ghee in a frying pan on medium heat; spread the ghee using a wooden spatula. Now put semiya into the pan and roast until it turns golden brown in color. Now collect the roasted semiya in a plate and keep it aside for later use.
Now place another heavy bottom pan, add in water and let it boil. Add a bowl of sugar and mix well, you may then add color powder and stir well. Its time to add in the formerly fried semiya into the boiling pan and close the lid and let it cook for around 6-7 minutes. Add cardamom power for flavor.
Garnish the milk less dessert Semiya ka Meeta with fried cashew nuts. It is best to serve after a sumptuous meal.
