Vijay Oberoi (Sanjay Kapoor), a Bombay based billionaire, comes across Devika (Priti Jhangiani) at a painting exhibition and he likes her at the first sight. He has a crush for her knowing the fact that she is a married woman.
Devika is a small time painter. Her husband Sameer (Aryan Vaid), an MBA, is a highly ambitious guy who wants to
make it big in life. Born to a middle class family Sameer always dreams of becoming a business tycoon. Devika also inspires him to pursue his goal.
Monica (Suman Rangnathan) is an old friend of Sameer. She is into modeling hence she has close relation with many a rich-n-famous of Mumbai. Devika is also her friend. So when she comes to know about Smaeer’s plan to start his own business she feels happy and promises him to arrange the finance.
A dramatic twist comes into the plot when Monica speaks to Vijay Oberoi about Sameer’s financial problem and Oberoi unexpectedly gets an opportunity to fulfill his desire of sleeping with Devika. He agrees to finance Sameer but puts politely yet strongly a condition before Monica. He tells her that he wants Devika to sleep with him. Monica gets shocked. However, when she deeply thinks about it in loneliness at home she feels delighted in that through Oberoi’s condition she also gets a chance to take revenge on Devika. It is revealed here that she has been an obsessed lover of Sameer since college days. Devika came in his life much later.
Monica strongly feels that it was Devika who snatched away Sameer from her and therefore she now resolves to destroy her life. How Sameer, who is desperate to embark upon his own business, reacts when told about this deal? Will he make the deal by sending his wife to Vijay Oberoi? Will Monica, who is determined to drag Sameer away from Devika, succeed in getting her lost-love back? The finale of “SAUDA The Deal” would answer all these questions.
