Another thriller from the directors Abbas - Mustan. They claim that the film is bold.. yes it is, in the Indian standards.. they deal with a touchy topic- 'wife swapping' in the movie. A direct lift from the Hollywood movie 'Consenting Adults' - Customised for the Indian audience, shot in beautiful locales in Switzerland and Mauritius with good performances and songs.

The movie begins with Raj (Bobby Deol) and Priya (Kareena Kapoor) meeting each other. They fall in love and get married. The couple goes to Switzerland for a honeymoon cum official trip. There they meet another couple Vicky (Akshay Kumar) and Sonia (Bipasha Basu) who becomes their thick friends. Sonia makes advances on Raj but Raj ignores her. Then they make a trip together to Mauritius. There Vicky makes a proposal to switch their wives for one night, which shocks and infuriates Raj . Raj bashes him up and cuts off all relations with the couple.

Back in Switzerland, Vicky and Sonia apologizes and the couple become friends again. Everything moves smoothly until Vicky makes the same proposal once again at his birthday bash. A drunken Raj finds himself with Sonia that night only to wake up and find out that she is dead. There the movie turns to a murder mystery.. Raj is imprisoned , he escapes to prove his innocence and so on the story goes..

The first half is interesting, but the directors fail to retain the suspense in the second half. All the actors have performed well. Bipasha Basu in her debut film is impressive, Bobby Deol and Akshay Kumar does their parts with ease. Music by Anu Malik is good especially 'Mehbooba', 'Mohobbat' and 'Mujhko neend aa rahi hain', in which Kareena Kapoor sizzles. Humour by Johnny Lever is absurd.

Overall, the theme may not be acceptable to the Indian audience.. and the directors, with past hits like 'Khiladi' and 'Baazigar' could have done a much better job.
