An under water action adventure that is all about treasure booty.
Jared (Paul Walker) and Sam (Jessica Alba) live in the Bahamas as a happy go lucky
couple. He teaches tourists how to scuba dive and she works at a local resort handling shark
shows. Jared had been dreaming about finding an under water treasure but he didn't have the financial
capability to undertake an expedition. In their free time Sam and Jared did some under water treasure hunt.
One day Jared's friend Bryce (Scott Caan), a New York attorney shows up
with a sexy woman Amanda (Ashley Scott) and a key to a luxury yacht. Soon
the foursome started diving for treasure and amazingly they discover the
remains of a legendary shipwreck named Zephyr which is supposed to have
gold worth millions. While looking for more details about Zephyr, they
found a sunken plane filled with cocaine. They get into some technical
problems regarding the claim of their findings. Find out how these people
are going to solve these problems and claim their booty.

Director John
Stockwell tries to narrate a colourful under water expedition in a beautiful
part of the world with great imagination. But he fails to come up with
a realistic story that can capture the attention of the audience. The
script is silly and shabby. He fills the film with beautiful sexy bodies which is not enough for a good movie.
Jessica Alba and Ashley Scott are shown repeatedly in teeny weeny string bikini.
There are lots of close up shots of bikini clad Alba in seducing positions. Hot Alba is stunning to watch.
The movie is quite predictable. It is filled with all kinds of characters like drug
traffickers, drunken club dancers as well as good and bad guys. There are some nice scenes of reefs and
aquatic life. If you are a fan of Jessica Alba, you
may like this film, otherwise it is not worth the trip to the theatre.
We rate this movie BELOW AVERAGE.
