The film Tum bin with four new comers Himanshu Malik, Priyanshu Chatterjee, Rakesh Bapat and Sandali Sinha is directed by Anubhav Sinha, who is popular in making music videos. The film is a musical thriller with 12 songs.

The story starts with Amar (Rakesh) and Piya (Sandali), who are going to marry soon. But their dream shatters as Amar dies in a car accident. The man responsible for the accident is Shekhar (Priyanshu). He is on a business trip to Mumbai and While driving in hurry a child comes across his way. Ttrying to rescue the child, he accidently hits Amar. Amar's family lives in Canada. Shekhar thinks that it was his obligation to console Amar’s family and admits his fault. When he reaches Canada, he finds Amar's father in a coma due to the death of his son. The whole responsibility of the business falls upon Piya. She is in a shocking state. Shekhar decided to help Piya with the business. With his timely intervention he manages to get back the business on the right track. Moreover, he takes up the duties of a grandson and a brother. It gives a chance to Shekhar to win all the love of Amar's family.

Abhigyan (Himanshu) falls for Piya at the first sight and this brings a twist in the story. He is a sophisticated and charming businessman. But by the time Piya is already in love with Shekhar, and vice versa. Shekhar is unable to express his feeling to Piya. Moreover he also finds out that Abhigyan is in love with Piya and decides to play cupid. Abhigyan also realises that Shekhar is in love with Piya. Now the question is, Who gets the girl? The story goes with that.

The new comers did their role upto the mark. Sandali Sinha gives her best performance, Priyanshu has done justice with his role and is certainly a new promise to the film industry. Rakesh Bapat has also done his short role well.

The director Anubhav Sinha has done a commendable job. The songs are very beautiful. "Tumhare siva" and "Chhoti chhoti Raatein" are already on the top charts. The background makes the songs incredible. The upbeat song ‘Daroo Vich Pyar’, is an excellent one .Overall the film is good and worth watching.
