Cooking Method :
Place a saucepan on the stove with 1 liter of milk at medium flame. Bring the milk to a boil slowly, stirring continuously. Add 1cup of sugar and keep stirring.
Now lets add 2 tbsp of butter to add a slight salty taste to the recipe. After 16-20 minutes the milk will reduce to a thick consistency by the base of the vessel. Add cardamom seeds into it for a nice aroma. Our milky mithai is ready to serve.
Milky mithai is slightly thick as well as grainy. Serve this as dessert after a sumptuous meal and I bet your guests will love it.
