Cooking Method :
In order to make chicken Veg Salad lets prepare the egg marinade first. Add chopped coriander leaves, Mint leaves, little bit of chopped green chillies, Egg, Red chilly powder, ginger garlic paste into the mixer and blend, until we get a well blended egg-masala mixture. Further add lemon juice and salt to enhance the taste.
Now that out egg masala mix is ready, lets cook our shredded chicken. Add two tablespoons of cooking oil into the pan. When the oil heats up, add thinly chopped onion along with cubed tomatoes into the pan. Keep sautéing until the veggies turn translucent. Add formerly made egg masala into the recipe along with shredded chicken. Add 2-3 tbsp of curd into the recipe, followed by spices such as garam masala and coriander powder. Continue sautéing till the chicken is almost done. Add sauces such as chilly sauce, tomato ketchup into the recipe along with salt to taste. Our shredded chicken salad is almost done, garnish with grated carrot and cook for 3-4 minutes. Switch off the stove and serve hot.
