Heat a pan and add 1/2 cup water and allow it to boil. Then add pineapple pulp, cornflour mixed with water and cook for 5 minutes till the water evaporates.
Now open the lid and add 1 glass of milk into this pan and stir well. The add powdered sugar and stir continuously on medium heat.
Then add 4 tsp ghee, fried cashew nuts along with cardamom powder and cook till the ghee separates.
Grease a plate with ghee and transfer the pineapple mix into it. Spread the mix and let it cool down.
Cut into pieces. Your tasty Pineapple halwa is ready to serve.
