Method :
First paint the Base colur to the Pot overall from mouth to the Bottom.Take a Bowl and add the POP & Fevicol (3:2) as much you want. Mix it Thoroughly until the stage, which you can make any shapes.
In that stage ,shape the mix as per your design, here i have done a Plant falling from the Pot...after that Paint as per the Shape u pasted over the Pot. Finish the Paint & atlast paint the Mouth of the Pot and Dry it for some Hours.
After that you can use as table top with Flowers .
