1: Take normal news paper and cut the paper into 4 pieces.
2: Roll the paper in the form of stick.
3: Roll and start painting it to make a circular form.
4: Make 3 circular forms as per your required size.
5: Then make 5 pullers.
6: Stick all of them to the base circular and top circular.
