A reduced interest in the desire for sex is experienced by most people at some age.  It becomes a problem for a man when he can not longer satisfy the sexual needs of his partner. 

There are very many factors, both physical and emotional which can cause a lowering in libido. Physical causes include diseases and drugs. Emotional factors can be stress, worry, grief, anxiety about satisfying their partner, fear of the consequences of sexual activities, like STDs, conflicts between partners, boredom in long term relationships etc. It is important for couples in long- term relationship to work actively at their sex life. Low sexual desire in older men can be caused by a low level of the hormone androgen. 

Hormonal deficiency can sometimes be treated with hormone injections. Discussing problems and being prepared to enjoy intimacy on all  levels can help but couple may need professional

I'm male 32 old, married since 4 years. Now we have no childs.I have left side of the penis two vericosae veins. I have a doubt is vericos veins make any problems for preganancy .Is it cause Impotency.And I heard that in my place one injection provides in a prestigeos medical; centre at kerala.After the elimination of vericose vein is there any improvement cases from your past experiences or not...

I'm male 27 old, married since a year. Now I'm unable to do the intercourse with my wife due to inefficiency of penis erection - This happened for the first time in my life, how do I reslove this issue, which type of doctors should I consult - We don't have any childern and work load is there, we meet each other weekly.

i have a nil sperm problem and are doing many test in many labs.but the test nil sperm.is there any medicine or treatment for this problem.please suggest me i am in tension for child.

 
Ans:  You should be under the care of a reproductive specialist. If you cannot father a child of your own there are other options like artificial insemination or adoption. You can discuss these options with your partner and your physician.
