Orchitis

Orchitis is an inflammation or infection of one or both the testicles. It may be caused by a virus or bacteria following mumps, Influenza, tuberculosis or gonorrhoea (a STD), infection of the vas deference or urinary organs. It is an extremely painful condition, which results in redness, swelling and a heavy feeling in the region of the scrotum. When these symptoms are noticed, one must seek prompt medical treatment. 

Treatment of orchitis includes bed rest, use of ice packs and support bandages, antibiotics and pain relievers.

I'm male 32 old, married since 4 years. Now we have no childs.I have left side of the penis two vericosae veins. I have a doubt is vericos veins make any problems for preganancy .Is it cause Impotency.And I heard that in my place one injection provides in a prestigeos medical; centre at kerala.After the elimination of vericose vein is there any improvement cases from your past experiences or not...

I'm male 27 old, married since a year. Now I'm unable to do the intercourse with my wife due to inefficiency of penis erection - This happened for the first time in my life, how do I reslove this issue, which type of doctors should I consult - We don't have any childern and work load is there, we meet each other weekly.

i have a nil sperm problem and are doing many test in many labs.but the test nil sperm.is there any medicine or treatment for this problem.please suggest me i am in tension for child.

 
Ans:  You should be under the care of a reproductive specialist. If you cannot father a child of your own there are other options like artificial insemination or adoption. You can discuss these options with your partner and your physician.
