Q I'm sedentary male with 85 kg wt,5'5" ht and 35 yrs age. URGENT need of wt reduction required by hook or cook. Pls advise good diet (non veg) schedule.

Loosing weight is not an easy task there are no quick fixes. You have to had determination to achieve the purpose. But if you follow a diet low in calories rich in vitamins and minerals, there is no reason for failure. Regular Exercise is a must.If inspite of all these measures you are unsuccessful there are surgical options which are last resorts. Ideally weight is related to height. Your height is 5'5, your ideal weight should range between 62-67 kg. According to this chart your weight is over. You may be 15-18kg over weight.
