Q i am 167 cm, F,76 kgs age 37. i really want to reduce wait. not able to maintain diet, because the craving for food increases. now please give me a best solution. i want to be at 68-69kgs only. i am a non vegerian.i have knee pain so cycling is not possible nor running. please suggest.

Dear Abhirami In order To loose weight You Have to either reduce your caloric intake or increase your caloric output by increasing your physical activity. eating low calorie foods like salads and vegetables which is rich in fiber may help you to curb your appetite. walking and yoga may be good exercises for you. once you reduce your weight you will also get rid of your knee pain.
