Kulasekharapattinam, a coastal village with a fine beach, is located 68km from Thirunelveli and 20 Kms from Tiruchendur. The place is famous for three temples namely Muthuraman temple, Katchiappar temple and Chidarambeswar temple. The Muthuraman temple is known for the popular 'Dasara' festival held in the month of September- October that is participated by the folk dance artists from all over the state. In ancient days, this village is used as a port.
