Yeoor Hills also known as Mama Bhanja hills is a group of picturesque hills in thane city, located on the eastern side of the Sanjay Gandhi National Park. The hills is the home to around 78 known species of birds and 12 different species of animals. Besides this, large mass of leopards are also found here. The 150 year old holy shrine of Mama Bhanja is the major attraction of Yeoor hills. This pollution free zone is a perfect place for trekking and a haven for adventure seekers.
