Hello Sona,

You mentioned that you lack programming knowledge. Is it because you do not like programming, or is it because of the easiness of the education system which neither provides a good teacher nor motivation to learn programming even for computer science graduates? In case you do not like programming, then the question to ask yourself is whether you like any other aspect of computer science or not. I have seen people, who do not like programming much but are really good at the more theoretical side of computer science. In case you are interested in advancing academically, I would suggest to explore these parts of computer science and see if it fits you or not. On the other hand, if you are interested in getting a job, then there are, of course jobs in the tech-enabled-services sectors which require limited knowledge of programming. For the other case, if you are are not sure whether programming is your thing or not, I would suggest to explore any one programming language yourself with a good book and decide. In case you like it, completing mtech will surely increase your chances of getting a job.
