My age is 30 and my height is about 5.4" and my weight is not according to age as if found 54 kg. I am feeling problem in digesion system. There are little sypmtoms of gastritis but not major, Lfts are clear i mean are normal. So kindly suggest me diet chart so that i could improve my weight.
