Q My name is pallavi gauba.I am 21 yrs. old. I am female. I am vegetarian person. So pls suggest me simple diet chart. My weight is 78-80 kgs. My height is 5 feet 3 inches. I have done gym also. But I don't see much effect. I have pain on my bones of my legs,heel,feet,and on my complete leg. So suggest me what i have to do or just give me good diet chart so that it consumes all fat from my legs,body, completely from my hands,arms. And i go slim, trim.I have promblem of fits in my brain. So plz. give me good diet chart so that I can manage it.

Dear Pallavi, Your problem is not food your problem is of not having nutritional food.Your cells are not that active to run your organs properly.You have high viseral Fat(VF)over weight and high BMI which is the cause of all current problem.Trust we have 100% solution with us and we are ready to help you if you want to help yourself.

According to the chart you are over weight. A good diet and regular exercise regimn should help you. Pain in your knees and legs may be because of your weight. So when you loose weight this problem may also resolve.
