Q I am 25 years old. My weight is 100 kilograms and my height is 169 cmt. So i want to reduce my weight. Please suggest me a good diet plan and an ideal weight according to my category.

1. exercise daily and do walk a lot. 2. try cutting down junk foods, specially COLD DRINKS, BURGER, CHEESE ITEMS. 3.try hopping skipping rope. 4. take more of fruits and vegetables. 5. meat should be consumed once a month. 6. don't take supplements for efficient weight loss as it can harm your other hormonal sections giving you and your body future trouble.
