What is balanced diet? We all have learned this during our school days! A balanced diet is a diet, which consists of all the essential nutrient such as vitamins, minerals, proteins, carbohydrates and water of course! Looks simple, right? But a considerable increase in your weight, shows that most of the above said constituents are absent from your food and you are relying a lot upon calories through fast food, etc. Therefore, the first step you need to take is exclude fast food from your diet. I know killing temptations and leaving old habits is not easy, but after all a healthy life is more important to us! Go in for a low carb diet, low fat dairy products, nuts, whole grain foods and fruits. Lower the sugar consumption, by insisting on low sugar foods. Get yourself more fiber through fibrous foods and lastly, drink more water (about 7-8 glasses everyday)! Water can do a lot of wonders to your health. It can improve digestion, keep you away from dehydration and has many other unlimited positive impacts on your health. Split your meals, rather than eating 3 biggies, prefer eating 5-6 smaller ones! Have a nice breakfast and reduce your dinner size.

its a special advice for u take 2 sy 3 kalongi.. some darchini and some sonf... boil them in the water and let it cool down all night .. drink it in the morning.. :)
other than tht.. take a supplement by a doctor and reduce it at once.. than stop the supplement and keep ur diet balanced and do physical exercise(thts all wht my mum did to loose weight..) take care.. :) |
