Q My weight is 89 kgs, My hight is 155cm, I am a srict vigetarian, but I won't do any exercise or yoga. I want to reduce my weight. Kindly guide me please

There are only two ways to reduce weight, one is to decrease your caloric intake and other one is to increase caloric expenditure by vigorous exercise. If you cannot exercise you may have to reduce the a mount you eat.. Please refer to the following link Click here1, Click here2, Click here3
