Rural Housing: 11075 for providing assistance to rural BPL households for construction of houses and upgradation of kutcha houses under Indira Awaas Yojana.

Panchayati Raj : 50 for Rajiv Gandhi Panchayat Sashaktikaran Abhiyan (RGPSA), an umbrella scheme containing 12 components.

Heavy Industry :

456 for Delhi Mumbai Industrial Corridor Project.

255 for Indian Leather Development Programmes.

Fertilisers :

129.40 lakh MT of Nitrogenous Fertiliser production targeted

47.87 lakh MT of Phosphatic Fertiliser production targeted.

Coal and Lignite:

574.40 million tonnes of domestic availability of Coal has been assessed during 2012-13, which is projected to be met from Coal India Limited and others.

24.80 million tonnes of Lignite production estimated during 2012-13

Steel :

•
26.40 million tonnes of Iron ore production targeted by National Mineral Development Corporation Ltd.
•
16.30 million tonnes of saleable steel production by Steel Authority of India Ltd. and Rashtriya Ispat Nigam Ltd.targeted.

Railways : 

•
24000 for investment in Railways.
•
3200 kilometres of track renewal.
•
1100 kilometres of route electrification.
•
800 kilometres of gauge conversion.
•
700 kilometres of new lines
•
700 kilometres of Doubling and manufacturing of additional 630 locomotives.

Postal : 516 for IT induction and modernisation.

New and Renewable Energy :

•
4145 MW Grid-interactive Power capacity addition from wind small hydro, biomass power/cogeneration, urban and industrial waste to energy and solar power.
•
1.25 lakh - construction of family type Biogas plants.
•
0.60 million m2 deployment of solar thermal systems, promotion of energy-efficient buildings and master plans for solar cities.
