Held every year from 16th February to1st March, the Lochan Festival at Rajim is celebrated with great enthusiasm. People are attracted to Rajim Utsav as this place, 48 km from Raipur is also known as the city of temples.Various performances are held by singers, dancers and local artistes. It is a colourful festival and the onlookers are treated to a merry and cheerful atmosphere.
