The magnificent lake palace stretches across an area of 4 acre is one of the best examples of Mughal-Rajput architecture with ancient paintings, stain glass windows, antique furniture, bath reservoirs etc. Lake Palace has a series of courtyards that are aligned with numerous columns, terraces, beautiful fountains and well laid gardens. Sheesh Mahal (The Mirror Palace), Krishna Vilas (The Abode of Lord Krishna), Chini Chitrashala (Chinese Art Gallery), Mor Chowk (Peacock Court) and the Amar Vilas (The Eernal Abode) are the major attractions of lake palace.
