Sprawl over 15 acres of land, Manasa is an amusement and water park located 12 km from Mangalore within the vicinity of Pilikula Nisarga Dhama. Promoted by G M Amusement and Leisure Park Ltd, it is an ideal picnic spot with full of fun and leisure for both the children and adults.

Innumerable rides and glides are provided here including tubular slide, river ride slide, open slide, crazy cruise, Open kids slide, mushroom waterfall, family slide, multi play system zone etc. The giant wheel here contains 18 gondolas and can accommodate upto 48 people at a time. Dhoom Bike Ride, a a kind of merry-go-round, is a 6 seater game for children aged between 5 -10 years.

Manasa park has a well maintained landscape and garden with lush lawns and special rest area for old age groups. The restaurant block at the park can accommodate around 350 people at a time and there are several food counters. An amphitheatre located here is available for private bookings. There is also a shopping are where where food stuff and toys are available. A permanent doctor and ambulance service are also available.

The park is open on all days from 10.00 a.m to 6.00 p.m. Outside food is not permitted inside the park. The entry fees are :
Water park : Rs.190/- (for adults and children above 4 ½ ft. ht)
Amusement Park : Rs.125/- (for children from 3 to 4 ½ ft. ht)
For senior citizens the entry fee is Rs. 100/- and the entry is free for children below 3 ft. height.
