Sir, i m an undertrainee in Indian navy . my rank is sub LT. And i am in my final semester of B.tech. (naval architecture and ship building) from cochin university of science and technology , cochin, kerala. So i just wanna know that is there any provision in which defence serving personnel can appear for civil service exam and how can i seek permission from navy to appear for this exam... |
