i got job in RMS MA division in this year,but doing my undergraduate course in regular college,i have to discontinue my studies and need to lead by distant education

  I am doing my under graduate course in regular college,but i got job in postal department RMS "MA" DIVISION,my posting name is sorting assistant,but my aim is to become a civil service officer.if i did U.G by distant education means can i write for civil service exams? and too i am wearing specs (long sight problem,is this problem for Civil service exams?
