 My Questions

I am a resident of Chandigarh and though I have a huge outdoor garden( front lawn for flowers and backside for veggies), I also have huge mango and other fruit trees. Thats why quite some space in the garden is in shade and it doesn't get enough sun. Could you kindly answer some queries for me? 1) I have phlox, pansy, antirrihnum, salvia, calendula, sweet pea, cornflower, mesembryanthemum, and strawflower seeds. Which ones can I grow in shade? There's a lot of light almost everywhere in the garden? 2) I have put Rajnigandha in abundance. The plants look healthy and they are in sunlight too. But they are not flowering at all. What should I do? 3) I transfered capsicum plants from shade to sunlight. The capsicums are really small in size and the plants look wilted. Should I grow them in shade? 4) I have about 10 indian rose plants. Very nice in smell but small in size. How do i take care of them? Shall I prune them now?
