Steven Rudolph is an American educator, TV personality, public speaker and bestselling author based in India. He has conducted life-skills workshops around the country for professionals, college and schools students, as well as for parents. As Educational Director of Jiva Institute and founder of Jiva Public School, he has developed many innovative learning materials for students to help them realize their potential. He is the proponent of a novel concept in education called “Multiple Natures”— a revolutionary personality-type framework that is changing the way people work and choose professions. Based on the MN framework, he has created the Multiple Natures Test, the world’s most powerful career guidance tool, which can help students find their ideal careers in just ten minutes. His shows Discover Your Child, on the Care World Channel and Zee Jaagran, help people across the spectrum “learn how to learn”, through unique approaches and techniques. Rudolph has served as a consultant to the World Bank, Unesco, the Department of Human Resource Development (Government of India), the NCERT, the CBSE, the ICSE, and companies including Apple Computer, Microsoft, Intel, HP and Wipro. He holds a masters degree in Education from Temple University.
