Masamitsu Hirai is the CEO of a new blockchain-based investment platform SPINDLE (https://spindle.zone/) and president of BLACKSTAR GROUP, a company focusing on crypto-investment banking. He is also the CEO of Bullion Japan Inc., an online-based trading platform for gold and silver bullions. A graduate of the Hosei University’s Faculty of Business Administration, Hirai has been working in finance since 2007.
