I am an Oracle Application Developer (Oracle Certified Professional for Forms & Reports). I worked for 1yr3mon. After which I took a break for maternity and it is almost 7 years now. Now I want to work.
But due to break it has become difficult for me to get a job. I have refreshed myself with the latest updates at home. But it doesn't seem to help me as I cannot put it on my resume.
Can you advise me on what sort of upgradation (with some good institutes) will help me to get a job? Shall I upgrade for the same or go for the latest technologies in software that are currently in demand?
