Madam,
I am not only confused however everything has been messed up in my career I am working in an MNC as Process Lead, now the thing is that I was recruited as an BPO associate who is having commerce background and among all other associates on bench only I got selected in an IT project in which I am finding myself stuck, our project is totally based on networking but not the full networking part (conducting Online assessments) now here is the problem I am getting, I am actually looking for a change there is something more than these switches. I have planned to go for CCNA/CCNP program. Also if I ll take release from my project again will be thrown in BPS sector and my 2.5 years of experience in this field will get wasted. I have no one who will guide me, can you please advice me what shall I do. Will I go for CCNA program or I shall grow in BPS domain ?
If I will go for these above mentioned program I have to study however in our project there in only one day holiday that is Tuesday because on weekends we are busy in conducting exams.
Please help me in this regard.
