Q	hello mam, i have a question regarding my sister she is doing her bcom from ignou and along with that she is also doing her company secretory course but now her executive result come and she didn't passed her exam and now she did not want to continue it i want to ask what else career option left for her as she can do along with her bcom

Hi Ayushi,
Love the care you have shown towards your sisters career growth. If she is really not interested in clearing CS then let her focus on her B.Com and clear all the papers. In the meantime she can join finance oriented ERP certifications which will help her to get a good opportunity in the market once she completes her B.Com. Pl advice her to do her MBA after her B.Com as in today's market master degree is become very essential.

The Finance based ERP's are lot in the market. You can choose any one. The most famous among them are SAP and ORACLE. Choose the one which is affordable for you and complete the certification so that you have a good value and climb up in your career.
