First you need to decide whether it is going to be a regular MBA or a part time MBA. Incase if it is a regular MBA, then decide on you area of specialisation and then decide on the institute to go about. There are lot of universities offering MBA's currently but it is always better to work on the entrance and get into big institutes like ISB, PSGIMS etc which has a very good infra structure as well as career opportunities on completion of the course.

Incase if you are planning for a Part time, then the best institute with be Symbiosis Pune. They have a very structures system for MBA with lost of specialisations and also has a good recognition in the corporate market.
