I am in my final sem of engineering and have right now been recruited by a PSU in my campus placements.The monthly salary i will be getting in hand will be around Rs 30000.But i am considering rejecting it and joining the merchant navy as i have learnt that after a couple of years it is possible to earn more than 1 lakh per month.Will it be a wise decision?If not,what range of salary can be expected if i continue in the PSU after around 4-5 years?
