I have studied B.A Economics after cmpleting my three year Diplamo in Computer Technology. Now I have selected in Group II examination conducted by the TNPSC, Chennai. But the Board of TNPSC have withheld my posting due to non study of +2 (Higher secondary examination). And at the same time the Board allowed the engineering graduates those who have completed their degree after completing the three diplamo course. It is strange that the Board is allowing the engineering graduate but not allowing the candidate who have studied arts graduate after completng diplamo.
My Question is Whether 10+2+3 is equalant to 10+3+3 or not?.
