| Q | I have done HDSE (Higher Diploma in Software Engineering) course from APTECH COMPUTER EDUCATION. I am B.Com graduate. Currently working with MNC, previously working with Aditya Birla Group. Having total experience of 5 years in Support & Maintenance domain. Wanted to move for next level i.e. Managerial Level. What I need to do else so that my experience will be measured for being Manager. Ofcourse MBA but in which stream exactly so that I can utilize my experience as well as will get rise in terms of monetory benefit. I am interested to make career in Programing but not getting proper exposure thru my work. But by now I am expert in support & maintenance domain. | |
