| Q | I am an Oracle Application Developer (Oracle Certified Professional for Forms & Reports). I worked for 1yr3mon. After which I took a break for maternity and it is almost 7 years now. Now I want to work. But due to break it has become difficult for me to get a job. I have refreshed myself with the latest updates at home. But it doesn't seem to help me as I cannot put it on my resume. Can you advise me on what sort of upgradation (with some good institutes) will help me to get a job? Shall I upgrade for the same or go for the latest technologies in software that are currently in demand? | |

| 1 | Companies seek the help of placement consultants as and when there is a job opening. Consultants maintain a database of job seekers looking for employment and scan through it to search for the right candidate. So try the job through 2 or 3 Placement consultancies.If you are interested to join any software company first you try for that and then apply for your job (Oracle Application Developer ) through Placement consultancies. They will inform you if there is any vacancy for Oracle Application Developer in any organization. Best of Luck |
