I am almost competing my three years in software development. For almost a year, I have feelings that software and computers are not my field. I have a feeling that I should be a recruiter rather than software developer. I have got little experience in cold calling, taking interviews, writing to candidates and maintaining candidates details from my first job. I have no idea how to proceed for Career change. Whenever I see someone calling for recruiter I do write them, but I don't get any response. Your advice on changing my career path would be helpful. Thank you.
