For pursuing a career in the filed of Nanotechnolgy, one must have a post graduate qualification in the subject. i.e they must have an M.Tech or M.Sc. degree in Nanotechnology.So if you wish to pursue higher studies in Nanotechnology, first you apply for B.Tech degree in any one of the following. i.e in Material science, Mechanical, Biomedical, Chemical, Biotechnology , Electronics and Computer Science and after completing the B.Tech degree you can apply for M.Tech in Nanotechnology .
