| Q | I am a B.Com hons(correspondence) final year student and have my exams this may 2012 n will get result maybe in september 2012. I want to ask when should I register myself for company secretary course? when can I give exams after getting registered? and whether and when can i be exempted from foundation level? | |

The exams for the Foundation course are held in December and June. So you can register before March 31st for the exams in December and should apply before 30th September for the June exam .Graduates, post-graduates (excluding Fine arts) and those who have passed final exam of ICWAI or ICAI or of any other accountancy Institution in India or abroad recognized by the Council of the Institute are excempted Foundation course and can directly enroll to the Executive Programme.So after you get your degree result you can register before 30th September for the June exam |
