Dear Sir, I am Sylvester from Kolkata. I am basically a call center agent since last 3 yrs. Sir I'm not only fed up of this job but also effecting me physically. Now I am facing stomach & hearing problems, this job makes me feel very insecure regarding job security. I also can't find any chance of promotion, which the call centers promises before joining. I am a B.A. graduate but carrying very poor marks in all my exams and I am already 30 yrs old, I also know basic computer like windows, office and basic programming knowledge of c & c++ and currently I am jobless as I am not getting any job apart from call center executive and as per the doctors which I can't to keep myself physically well. Sir what I exactly want to know which will be the right career for me to chose now. Is there any short term course which I can pursue to get an immediate opening just after the completion of the course. There are few institutes in Kolkata who are giving 100% job guarantee after completion of there course. These institutes are providing training on Web development & Hardware & networking.

Engineering. I have confirmed with more than one of my friends who have completed the web developing course in the particular institute and have been placed. Same in case of hardware institute. Sir please let me know which of these courses will be helpfull for me as per my educational background and has a better future prospect as far as its requirement, avarage salary & job security is concern. although I am not yet sure whether any of these courses will really help me or not. I am bit interested towards the web development. But I don't what I am thinking is right or mistaking as ever. Sir I am really frustrated thinking about my future please help out to choose the right track from now onwords. Your
